Paleo Cinnamon Cookie Crisps

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup of Tigernut Flour
  • ¾ cup Arrowroot Flour
  • 1 tsp of Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp of Sea Salt, fine
  • 2 tsp of Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup of Maple Syrup
  • ½ cup of melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 package of Gelatin Powder

How to make them:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together. Melt coconut oil and add maple syrup together. Sprinkle gelatin powder over it and combine them together, so there are no clumps.
  2. Add wet and dry ingredients together to form a dough ball. Make small balls and flatten them out in the lined parchment pan. Bake 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
  3. Freeze in a ziplock bag.
