
Chip Beef and Gravy on Toast      Â
1 stick of butter
8 Tablespoons flour
2-1/2 cups whole milk
6 packages of Budding’s Beef cut into cubes
Pepper to taste
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour to make a rue. Let cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add warm milk and constantly stir until thickened. Add the beef and season with pepper.
Serve over toast and top with an egg.
