Ingredients

• 1 Head of cabbage
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375-degree oven. Slice cabbage into 1” steaks. Lay flat on baking sheet. Sprinkle olive oil, salt and pepper.

Bake for 45 minutes and serve!
